Data we gather
Account details: your name, date of birth, email address, phone number, country where you live, and the ID documents we check you against. Financial regulation makes those documents a requirement, and without them no funded account can be opened.
Trading records: each order you submit, each position you keep open, each plan you start and the balances underlying them. Together they form your account's record, which we are obliged to retain.
Technical details: the browser and device you use to connect, your IP address and the pages of this site you visit. We use them to protect the account and keep the site running.
Our reasons for collecting it
To operate the account you requested, carry out the orders you submit, and process deposits and withdrawals on your instructions.
To fulfil duties we are not free to decline, among them identity checks, sanctions screening, tax reporting and keeping trading records.
To protect the account: that means knowing which devices you usually connect from and flagging any device we have not seen before.
Our legal grounds
Most of what we do with your data is needed to carry out the contract between you and ICX Prime, the agreement your account runs under.
We verify identity, keep records and file reports because the law obliges us to.
Monitoring for security and improving the product rest on our legitimate interest in operating a platform that is safe and functions correctly. You may object to processing on that ground, and we will stop it unless an overriding reason exists for continuing.
Promotional email goes out only to people who have agreed to receive it, and every message we send lets you take that agreement back.
Who else has access
Payment providers, identity verification services and the banks that transfer funds, each receiving only what its step in the process requires.
Law enforcement, tax authorities and regulators, when the law obliges us to answer a valid request.
Providers that host and monitor the platform, bound by contracts that forbid them from using your data for any other purpose.
Your personal data is never sold, and advertisers never receive it.
Market data shown here
This website delivers its own live prices, charts and sparklines. Our server retrieves them from a public market-data provider and stores the result once for all visitors, so your browser connects only to this site. As a result, the provider never sees your IP address or the details of your connection.
These requests carry no account information. The site does not depend on them: when the feed is down, the page still opens and tells you so.
Storage location and retention
We store data on servers located in the European Economic Area. When a provider handles data outside the EEA, standard contractual clauses govern the transfer.
Financial regulation sets how long account and trading records are kept: as a rule, no less than five years from the account's closure. Technical logs are held far more briefly, for a matter of months.
Data that no retention duty applies to is erased once it is no longer needed.
Requests you can make
A copy, in a portable format, of the personal data we hold on you.
Correction of inaccurate data, and erasure of any data we have no obligation to retain.
A restriction on processing while a disagreement over accuracy is being settled, and the right to object to processing that rests on legitimate interest.
Send your request to the address listed on the contact page. You will get a reply within one month, free of charge. If our reply does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
Cookies and browser storage
This website saves two settings in your browser: your chosen theme and your chosen language. Neither leaves your device or is transmitted anywhere; they are kept only so the site looks the same on your next visit.
To keep you signed in, the platform sets a session cookie. If you clear it, you are signed out.
Updates to this policy
Before any change to this policy that affects the use of your data comes into force, we will notify you by email. The date shown at the top of this page always identifies the version in force.
